I'm incredibly excited to expose more folks to Local Eden Granola, and the extension of my kitchen. I hope to post on here about the recipes I am creating for the next latest flavor as well as what's for dinner tonight. This granola has been a long-time in the making and the support of my husband and family is unimaginable. They are my die-hard fans and consume as much of Local Eden granola as is possible.
Tonight, I'm pretty excited to be SERVED dinner. In our house I made the promise to my husband that if he found a job that allowed him to be home every night for dinner (he's a trained sommelier and historically worked in restaurants until last year!) that I would cook it! So, tonight is my exception because he was inspired to cook short rib beef tacos! So, I'm going to sit back and relax, sip on some Cab Franc and kick up my heels.
