The newest granola was formulated to appease and please all of my amazing customers who wanted to treat themselves to a tangy, crunchy chewy new flavor profile. Cashews are buttery and toasted, apricots are tart, the currants add a bit of sweetness, and the almond butter toasts so nicely in the oven that it lends a bold richness. Still low in carbs from only 30% oats which are gluten-free, Cashew Almond Apricot helps to satiate the kid in all of us.
Enjoy it with salted caramel ice cream if you want to indulge, or with almond milk to add a creamy base to the crunch of it all!
